What are Crossovers?

Crossovers are common in many bodybuilding organizations.  The aim of the crossover is to allow competitors the opportunity to showcase their talents in multiple categories.  Below are some examples of how competitors can crossover:

A competitor in a Novice category can crossover to the Open, Masters, Mom or Teen category if they meet the other qualifications for that category.  For example, a twenty year old female bikini competitor that has never had a child, could cross over to the Open category but not the Masters, Teen or Mom category to compete.

A thirty year old male Novice category physique competitor could cross over to the Open and Bodybuilders categories, but not the Masters or Teen category.

A forty -eight year old Novice category female that had two children figure competitor could cross over to the Open Figure, Open Bikini, Novice Bikini,  Masters 40 and Over and Figure Mom category.  If you are not sure if you qualify for a cross over, just contact us via email or phone and we'll help you out!
