If you have never competed in a Southern Muscle Association event, are curious what poses competitors need to know for competition, how to diet for a show and, all of the questions you were afraid to ask about getting ready for a bodybuilding/bikini show then this is the seminar for you!

 

Schedule:

Competition Ready 12- 1pm

Dieting 1pm- 1:45pm

Intermission: 1:45 - 2pm

Posing/Tanning: 2pm - 3pm

What To Wear & Bring:

Casual clothing such as shorts, sweats and sports bra,

with a change of clothes which includes your

posing suit and heels for the Bikini competitors. There will be 

changing rooms available.

 

Cost:

SMA Members in good standing- FREE!!!

Non Members just $20.00. You may register online below or pay cash at the door.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior the start of the seminar and have
