PEACH STATE CLASSIC EVENT JUNE 3, 2017 OR THE CLASH OF THE CAROLINAS EVENT AUGUST 5, 2017:

Pre-judging begins at 11:00 AM on Saturday for both events and the evening show begins at 4:00 PM for the Peach State Classic and 4:30 PM for the Clash of the Carolinas and both shows will finish up by 9:00 PM.  The venue, for the Peach State Classic is at Archer High School Theater, 2255 New Hope Road Lawrenceville, GA 30045, and the Clash of the Carolinas at the University of South Carolina Lancaster campus at 476 Hubbard Drive in Lancaster, SC 29720will open at 8:00 AM to allow setup of vendor booths and tables. Booths and tables should be completed no later than 10:30 AM for both events. Wi-Fi will be provided by the high school, but we suggest bringing a hot spot as a backup for wireless internet access. Vendors are responsible for providing banners and other needed equipment for their booths. Also, vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by Friday, May 26, 2017 for the Peach State Classic or by July 28, 2017 for the Clash of the Carolinas, will lose their space (no refunds / no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access.
